100% Wagyu beef does not say anything about quality

Nice to Meat imports exclusive Wagyu beef for 13 years from well recognized breeders from the United States and New Zealand, which together have more than 6000 Wagyu cattle each with an experience of over 20 years. Each Wagyu cow has a passport, where purity and origin can be traced.

Some years ago Nice to Meat has published a Wagyu brochure containing a clear explanation of what quality standards we use. Nice to Meat has put its own standard, since there is no global standard. Because of this we can offer our customers a consistent supply, quality and taste guarantee.

The influence of the degree of purity and the small arteries of fat globules between the muscle (marbling) gives the special flavor, juiciness and tenderness that Wagyu beef is renowned. 100% Wagyu beef does not say anything about quality.

There is a difference in price between the absolute excellence, NICE TO MEAT GOLD LABEL, NICE TO MEAT LABEL PREMIUM BEEF and WAGYU USA, the price difference is about 25%. That has to do with the number of days that the cattle fed and purity, Premium al least 75% and Gold 87.5% purebred and whole blood.
